Leanne Wait – Owner and Director of Inside Out Physiotherapy – where healing begins on the inside.

I am an experienced general and pelvic health physiotherapist who knows after treating 1000’s of clients over 30 years what results can be achieved with the right guidance.

I offer both private and ACC consultations for women and men (see consitions treated here) and pregnancy education workshops (Mama Care) run several times a year - see here for next events

I am passionate and dedicated to pelvic health promotion and facilitating best possible outcomes. I'm also a firm believer in ‘knowledge is power’ and therefore have worked hard to learn and developed specialised skills and knowledge through clinical experience and post graduate training in all areas of pelvic health. This includes ante and post natal health, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual pain and dysfunction, bladder and bowel continence management and men’s pelvic health.

I believe pelvic health concerns should be able to be openly discussed, just like any other health issue so I strive to provide an environment where all my patients feel comfortable, respected and cared for.

Clients can be referred by their specialist, GP, midwife or other health care professional, or can contact the clinic directly for ACC and private consultation without referral.

My goal is to holistically empower those with any health issues to reduce symptoms and improve their quality of life
so that they can be the best version on themselves possible.

Because …. it’s never too early or too late to start working towards the healthiest version of you.
